RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Parazi Associates Private Limited  (“we”, “us”, “our”) owns funfurnish. We have an easy to understand return and refund policy for our valued users (“you”, “your”).  Our refund policy ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may request a refund within the specified return period. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Please review our return policy for detailed instructions on how to return items and obtain a refund. Please note that if you want to return or exchange an item, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it. If you receive an item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours as well. 


Return Eligibility
 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and within the return period specified. Returns must include all original packaging and tags. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return. Please review our return guidelines to ensure your item qualifies for a return.


Return Process
 

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for authorization and instructions. We will provide a return shipping label if applicable, and you must send the item back to us within the specified time frame. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. A confirmation mail will be sent once the return has been processed.


Refunds
 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The amount refunded will be for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable shipping fees. Please allow several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

 

Return Shipping 

The user is responsible for covering shipping expenses in the event of a return. Moreover, in case of an error from our end, funfurnish will reimburse all shipping fees related to the return.
